I started my career as a graduate quality engineer. After learning the ropes, I realised I wanted to be more hands-on in shaping the customer experience, rather than observing and reporting areas for improvement.

Since then, I transitioned into Product Design. With this experience I've worked on improving SafetyCulture's design system, redesigning a broken sharing experience, and most impactfully I lead the end-to-end design and research of SafetyCulture's first Contractor Management solution.

Outside of work I love music, and am a DJ who's learning how to produce. I also enjoy crocheting and photography (film and digital), and staying active.
